  • October 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The centralized cloud management is incredibly intuitive, allowing real-time monitoring and control of the entire network from a single interface. The application-aware routing is also highly effective in optimizing traffic based on priority, ensuring that critical apps get the bandwidth they need, which significantly boosts performance without manual adjustments.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Prisma SD-WAN has a lot to offer, the initial setup can be a bit complex, especially for organizations unfamiliar with SD-WAN solutions. Additionally, the cost can be higher compared to some other SD-WAN options, making it more suitable for larger enterprises rather than smaller businesses with tighter budgets. Lastly, there can be a learning curve for users transitioning from traditional WAN management systems to a cloud-based SD-WAN approach.

Prisma SD-WAN solves several key challenges around network complexity, performance, and security. It simplifies managing a distributed network by providing centralized control, allowing us to easily monitor and configure branches from one platform. This has reduced the time and effort required for network management, making our operations much more efficient.
