What do you like best about the product?
Palo Alto Networks' user-ID role-based policies are very effective in providing layered security. GlobalProtect services are easy to set up and configure and are scalable in a large enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The firewall services are highly regarded in the enterprise security world no doubt but for a non-service-based organization with a small IT team the licensing structure can sometimes be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Global Protect VPN services are very useful for employees login in from remote locations. IT provides the same level of security and protections as if they were on site.

I like different models of firewalls exists to use for productive security for IT

Even though exists in the market, its not widely used

High cost, Fewquent updates and licensing, Support and documentation issues.

Threat detection, Real-time threat intelligence integration helps the most, automated incident responses, Centralized management and reporting is the best.

What do you like best about the product?
These firewalls have been the most bug free solution i have worked with compared to other vendors they are very stable from OS to OS rarely would have issues.
These are quite easy to implement and the customer support is quite good if you have an issue with a device you can replace it easy.

These things cost too much vs the feature set you get

May be the configuration of the firewall policies, because you need to think the new form to make this configuration.

Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall's security profiles are the best and they work very efficiently to protect the organization network from threats and attackers. Easy to implement and manage it.

Paloalto's Data filtering can be upgraded.

i have excellent experiences with NGFW palo alto, is the most easy administrative plataform, easy implementation and great support, i love the applibrary and the granularity that Palo alto offert.
